Books from ScandinavianBook are always delivered via DPD. Either in boxes (business packages) or on pallets (Light goods). Delivery costs Delivery is free of charge. Light goods Larger dispatches are delivered by light goods pallets. Track&trace Remember that you will receive an e-mail with a track&trace number when the package is dispatched so that you can follow.

Anything is possible If you have other delivery requirements, e.g. collection or via messenger, please contact us.

INVOICES

We are happy to invoice outside Denmark, but will add a fee of 23 £ due to extra administration. Remember to provide your moms/VAT number when setting up orders if the invoice should exclude VAT.

If freight is by any other means than Post Danmark, the customer shall be responsible for ensuring that we receive the necessary documentation to create an invoice excluding VAT.

With payment from foreign accounts: Make sure that we do not pay the banking charge. Your transfer should therefore be the invoice amount + banking charge.
