We request that files larger than 10 MB are uploaded via our ftp server.
Our ftp server can be found at the address: ftp.ScandinavianBook.co.uk.
You do not need either a username or password.

Note that ftp is disabled in the newest version of IE.
Instead, start the ftp server using the start menu.
Press Start -> Run -> Type ftp.ScandinavianBook.dk and press enter.
... and you have accessed our server!

Remember to send an e-mail to the correct contact after upload, describing the order, invoice and delivery address as well as the name and location of the file.
What is ftp?
When you transfer data by ftp, you are transferring directly to our on-site server, which is much faster than sending an e-mail.
In addition, the ftp system can handle much larger amounts of data compared to sending an e-mail.
The easiest way to access our ftp server is to type ftp.lasertryk.dk directly in your Internet Explorer browser. You can then ‘drag’ files directly onto our server.
You can also use a designated ftp software such as CuteFtp.

If you have problems uploading to our ftp server, you can upload your file to your own server (e.g. where your website is located). Then send us a link to the file which we are happy to download.
