* With hard cover binding/hardcover, 4.5 mm is added to the spine's width.
* With hard cover binding/hardcover with a round spine a further 10% approx. shall be added to the spine's width
(ex. Spine= 15 mm. 15 mm + 4.5 mm = 19.5 mm. 19.5 x 0.1 = 1.95 mm. 19.5 mm + 1.95 mm = 21.45 mm)
